1. Eligibility & Timeframe
- Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase date. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
2. Return Process
- Contact our Customer Service at sales@edenlg.co.ke with order number and reason for return.
- We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back to our warehouse within 7 days of RMA issuance.
3. Shipping Costs
- Unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), customers bear return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if unavailable, a refund will be issued.
5. Exceptions
The following cannot be returned:
- Custom-made items or special orders
- Fertilizers, seeds or chemicals once packaging is opened
Clearance or sale items marked “Final Sale”.
